Cigati Google Workspace Backup Tool is an enterprise-ready solution designed to securely back up, export, and migrate Google Workspace data with greater control and flexibility. It supports Gmail emails, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Google Keep, and other supported Workspace data. Users can export mailbox data to PST, PDF, MBOX, and CSV or migrate Google Workspace mailboxes directly to Microsoft 365 or another Google Workspace account.
The tool supports single-user and administrator-based migration, bulk mailbox migration through CSV, and flexible one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one, and many-to-many mailbox mapping. Advanced filters allow users to select data based on date, sender, recipient, subject, folder, size, CC, BCC, and other criteria. It preserves folder hierarchy, Gmail labels, email headers, attachments, inline images, HTML formatting, metadata, contacts, and calendar information during supported migrations.
The resume feature allows interrupted migrations to continue from the last successful checkpoint, while duplicate handling helps avoid transferring previously migrated items. Google Drive data can also be migrated to Microsoft 365 OneDrive, SharePoint Online, or another Google Workspace environment while maintaining supported folder structures and metadata. The software processes migration operations locally and supports OAuth 2.0, Domain-Wide Delegation, and other authentication methods for controlled data transfers.
