MailsDaddy Office 365 Backup Tool is a user-friendly GUI solution designed to back up single or multiple Microsoft 365 mailboxes to PST format simultaneously. The software also supports multiple export formats, including EML, MSG, MBOX, and PDF, allowing users to save their mailbox data in the format they need.

Process to Export Office 365 Mailboxes to PST

Download and Install: Download, install, and launch the MailsDaddy Office 365 Backup Tool.

Create a Connector: Create a connector using administrator credentials and complete the required authentication.

Open the Jobs Tab: Navigate to the Jobs tab in the application.

Select the Connection: Choose the previously configured Microsoft 365 connection.

Choose Mailboxes: Select the required mailbox type, such as Primary, In-Place Archive, Shared Mailbox, or Microsoft 365 Group.

Apply Filters: Configure the available filters to back up specific mailbox data as needed.

Select PST Format: Choose PST as the desired export format.

Set the Destination: Browse and select the destination folder where the backup files will be saved.

Run the Job: Review the settings and start the backup process.
