Bank Statement Converter
Turn bank statement PDFs and photos into Excel, CSV or JSON rows you can reconcile.
About
Bank statements arrive as PDFs, and the usual workflow is someone reading one carefully and retyping every row. That is where digits slip and the closing balance stops matching the figure the bank printed.
Bank Statement Converter removes the retyping step while keeping the checking step. Upload a statement exported from online banking or a photo of a printed page and get Excel, CSV or JSON back, then compare the last exported row against the printed closing balance before filing.
A PDF exported from online banking has a real text layer, so rows and columns are read structurally rather than guessed. Transaction date, description, debit, credit and balance are kept, along with currency and account identifier so one workbook cannot quietly mix two accounts.
The verification habit matters more than the export format. Matching the last row to the printed closing balance to the cent means the table is very likely right; a mismatch means find the difference first. It runs in the browser and is free to use.
